The luxury, above 3.5m, is rocking, price adjustments and pent- up demand are keeping the numbers up. Overall contacts are also doing better than last year at this time. We are still getting price reductions, not as many, but we are not having a significant number of bidding wars which would indicate a dramatic market shift.
